When entering a channel drop a quick 'Hi' or 'What's up' and see if anyone replies. If not, it's up to you on whether you hangout or not. IRC was one of the first Internet protocols I used 10+ years ago, and it's changed very little since I started using it :) My next goal is to get BitchX setup and working with Synchronet so i can use my board as an IRC client over X-Chat on my Mac. Just something about command-line chat that still appeals to me :) Take care .. Sam --- þ Synchronet þ Life is Bunk BBS (Linux) in Waco, Tx -- lifeisbunk.homelinux.com .
