I didn't change my mind and I didn't add PHP support. I added *CGI* support. It
just so happens that PHP has a CGI module you can use to serve some, but
apparenlty not all, PHP content.

No. Binkd works great for that purpose and I don't currently have any plans to
integrate it into Synchronet.
