Oooooh! NICE! Because c:\php\ just so happens to be where my PHP is located

I haven't had time to upgrade yet but when I do I am looking forward to play 
around and see what this baby can do! :-)

You once said you never planned on adding PHP support. I'm glad you changed 
your mind. Every new release of Synchronet has me more and more impressed!

Speaking of which, is Binkp gonna be in v4? Just curious. Seeing as certian 
authors are doing certian things i'll only dare mention in my own networks 
for fear of the annoyance of bitchy retaliation -- I know *alot* of people 
want you to add in binkp because of this certian unmentioned author.
