In this economy and with most people lacking time and / or money, I doubt it. 
I know it would be impossible for me and most people I know to fly from point 
a to point b accross the country just to attend a meeting.

I have Xpresit Gatherings once a year and granted people from other states do 
attend. But they are surrounding states. I've had people from IL (seeing as 
the BBS gathering is in Chicago), IN, WI and MI and next year might possibly 
have attendants from MN and OH. However, those are all "immediate midwest 
states" and driving isn't all too horrible. I've yet to have someone attend 
from west of IL, south of IN or east of MI.

If you wish to attend next year the site is http://www.xpresit.net, we've got 
pics, event logs and we have info on the site when there will be another 
gathering and we stick announcements on BBSmates as well.

If you have the time and money to attend the 2006 one feel free. However I 
assure you that at least as it stands, not many people if anyone have the 
cash for a long road trip or national flight.

I know alot of people who would *love* to come, however -- if they have money 
they don't have time and if they don't have money its a moot point.
