The problem, as I'm sure you've already heard from potential customers to the jeweler, is that port 7820 is not a standard port and will not be allowed outbound behind any application-layer gateway firewall. This eliminates the majority of people sitting at work from shopping for a diamond! You certainly wouldn't want to use a non-standard http port for any production website.
