Actually, I believe about 5 of us have answered this question. I've been answering the same question now for the last 3 years, and I know Rob and others have been doing so far longer. The answer is in the line: 9/12 10:20:31a !Another application or service may be using this port... Which means that something else is using port 80, such as an IIS server, Apache, etc... Some web server software is most probably the culprit... Sorry if you were told to read the manual, but, in that respect, the answer is also in the manual. Consider this, that over the last 10 plus years, Rob and crew have been asked this same question over and over again. Some people get a little testy about it and give the old RTFM reply... I know I got a bit upset over this a few years ago, but now that I've been here for some time, I see/understand why. :) So, in your case, check to see what "Services" are running on your system... Without knowing what software your running , I can't go into more detail.
