Right, you'd obviously want a 400 ISO and a small aperture. Depending on the lighting of course. You'd *want* to use 200, but as far as I know, it's relatively dark during a hurricane. The trick is to get a sharp focus of 'w', soft focus of everything else with just a hint of movement... either 1/125 or 1/250 depending on how much he's flailing. A high contrast colour is probobly a bad choice since it doesn't digitize as well. Besides, in todays world, you vary the contrast in the printing, not in the film.
