 Just like unless you somehow run a dos emu, you can't run ice edit because 
it's a DOS App. What i'm talking about is an external FSE thats customizable. 
Those NEVER cator to "everyone" for the reasons you just stated. I'm talking 
about an optional third party FSE, not something that is enforced and 
mandatory for Synchronet. So for that mater, Telegard and alot of other 
softwares would be able to use it as well.

My appologies if you thought I was talking about replacing the current FSE. 
Originally i thought the existing could be edited but seeing as i was told it 
can't, I made the suggestion that I did.
