I use Filezilla.  If I upload a file and then upload it again, I get an option 
in Filezilla to Overwrite, etc. however, when I select overwrite I get:

(From Filezilla)
Response:	553 File already exists.
Error:	Upload failed

(From Sync FTP log)
   9/1  11:04:21a  1072 !Mindless Automaton attempted to overwrite existing 
file: c:\files\uploads\porn.jpg
   9/1  11:04:21a  1072 TX: 553 File already exists.

Not sure if this is the same issue or not..  I just figured there was a 
overwrite access flag or something in Sync I didn't have turned on and I never 
really investigated it..  also, I'm logged in, not uploading as guest.
