If you are too busy to make direct replies to the suggestions i've made over 
the last week or two, could you just throw them onto the to-do list and 
review them at a later point in time when your schedule allows?

Also, for your to-do list, i'd suggest organizing it into priority levels so 
people know whats what. I'd do that for you however unfortunately I have no 
clue what things you hold as more of a priority than others. I could guess 
but i'm sure i'd be at least 50% wrong :-)
