How does a sysop go about changing file descriptions online? For example, If 
I want to add an extended description
or change and extended description, if I hit R at the transfer menu, I can 
add a one line if I use the E for edit. What if
I want to add a more detailed description. Or upon an upload, is there a way 
I can add more than a one line description?
