Neither of those pages work for me.  

Personally, I don't remember much about them.  I know I have one, and I 
remember sitting there waiting for the tape to load the program, chess, 
such as it was, and generally messing around with it.  It wasn't long 
after that, that I got the TI-99/4a's.  But it was my start.  :)
