The reason for the redundancy is that POFF was PCBoard-compatible while NOPAUSE
was Wildcat-compatible (or vice-versa, I forget). When testing @-encoded files
for both BBS packages (and checking their documentation), I came up with the
list of supported codes for Synchronet and have been adding my own and
sysop-requested @-codes ever since.
