Damn, I've USED them punch card systems!  Coding in BASIC, Pascal, 
FORTRAN, COBOL, Algol-68, and what-all else I can't rightly remember now!  
I was considered a bit of an expert on the IBM 029 card punch, because I 
knew how to *program* it as well as just *use* it.

Oh, and punch cards make such BEAUTIFUL roaches we used to refer to them 
as "roach cards" which could be embarassing when you call them that out of 
habit, and the IT staff look at you funny....
