 I explained that in my request for people to help me with this, so aside 
from refering back to that for extended info, I'll give ya the basic run 
down.

 All my spam via Netscape Mail is moved to a "crap" folder until I feel like 
looking through it. Any spammer@yahoo.com type names I have to ban on a 
per-address basis. However any spammer@spam-domain.lame.er type domains I 
shitcan the entire domain.

 So it's as simply as every now and again, I go through my crap folder, yank 
that info (copy / paste) and then delete the spam message.

 As you can see it's taken me awhile to do this on my own. But if 50 Sysops 
could give me 50 entires per month, we'd really haul ass on the anti-spam 
issues! :-)
