  Correct, but I figured I'd check anyway.  lol  It's such a small thing, but
every time I check the logs, I can't help but notice "VERT.qwk already exists!"
because I hate to just delete it without a clue why it's just sitting there.

  So I glare at it, it glares back and smirks, life goes on in its puzzling
way.
