  Hmm.  That's what I thought.  It's setup in SCFG, there's ALWAYS an instance
running the events thread and, well, I THOUGHT it was configured correctly, but
apparently not.

  I'll have to take a good look at it later.  (Wish I had time right now, but I
have to rush to get to work.  Damned night shift.  Can't stand it.)
