  *scratches head*  I believe I gave up with XP, but might have gotten it to
work (after a fashion) in 2000 by adjusting the available resources in Control
Panel, System, Advanced (I think - by memory) and prioritized "background
services".  Even so, it never worked WELL.

  *grin*  Then it appears to NOT work, after all, does it not?

  Give Ambroshia a try.  Works great, and is everything Exitilus was and more. 
I scrapped Exitilus completely when I checked it out.
