    I've been tinkering with Synchronet under FreeBSD (4.9-RELEASE),
and got frustrated with all the repetitious commands I needed to start,
stop, configure, restart, etc the server... so I wrote a script similar
to apachectl to automate all that.  It's nothing fancy, probably full
of bugs and such, but it's working nicely for me.  If anyone wants a
