Been a busy guy and all. But in reference to running SELinux, thats a "no". Prior to installing Bastille on this FC2 box, everything worked perfectly. Was enjoying super great uptimes and all. Netstat -a shows telnet listening yet Netstat -nap doesn't show telnet listening at all!? (SHRUGS).. on Netstat -a nuthing showing using it. Yet from foreign host can telnet in to this box. At work, our IT dept, has a setup article on Bastille, gonna see if I can find it again on their web site (LAN side - only). I tryed briefly pouring over Bastille's firewall areas and could not find anything, that should circumvent utilizing telnet. Like I mentioned, can telnet in, just when now firing up sbbs, it won't bind to telnet.. (my best guess - might of changed file permissions in sbbs) I'm gonna keep digging though.. Thanks all ANy suggestions/comments/experiences greatly appreciated...
