Also, I came across this one: http://www.monkeyjob.com/BMSTDOS.htm

"This free Windows utility will run from your "Send To" menu. Send a file or folder to a 
DOS prompt which will open in the folder that you sent. An environment variable will be 
set to the file or folder name."

Anyways, you right click in explorer on the folder you want and do Send To > DOS
and you get a DOS window with that directory pulled up..
