Wow... I've never seen so much wrong compiled into a single sentence before...
1) OSX is not Linux and has no Linux code in it.  It uses a Mach Microkernel.
2) Synchronet will not run on Linux on a PowerPC CPU.

In essence, it is the CPUs "fault" that it doesn't currently run.  ?But relax,
it will work rather soonish.
