i was logged into my bbs by telnet and moved some messages to a newly created
message base. that all worked like it was supposed to. The problem is the old
message base still shows 14 messages in the bbs and the web interface. Even
though there are only actually 4. Better explained is if you list the message
areas that one shows 14.

what's the fix for that? I am going to force the message base maint and see if
that fixes it. I just thought of that.
