What OS?

You could probably implement a log-watcher fairly simply, if you couldn't 
actually find one you liked on Freahmeat or somewhere like that.  I had 
one that monitored the log and when it saw selected entries (not 
Synchronet) it paged me and sent me a text-message on my celly.
