no, but I feel that being able to have in a css include:
h3 { text-align:center; ... }
or
..cn {text-align:center; ... }

with
<h3>My sub-header-text is centered</h3>
or
<div class="cn">this text is centered</div>

is better, considering I can change the subset of an entire site in one 
stylesheet, without changing the html markup.

True, I'm not saying it's perfect, but being able to specify layout attributes 
aside from markup is much better than the flurry of <font /> tags that was 
around before html4 & css became more common place.

As for a reference implimentation, I think that's only with css2.1, and xhtml 
1.1, which are pretty new, would be happy to have ie, firefox and opera get to 
a fully implimented xhtml1 and css2 implimentation.
