Yeah...personally I'm just disillusioned with the whole "web" thing.  Slow
servers, insanely bloated/slow/crash-prone browsers, commercial hogwash...I
just want information. RSS is probably the best thing to happen to the web (in
my opinion).

Yup!  That's why I'm trying to put in the effort to create as many "views" to
the BBS as possible.  I just wish I could have persuaded them to use Synch's
web interface..phpBB is not my favorite thing, and NewsSynch isn't quite
working at all (and worse, appears to have been orphaned in a broken state).

However, Mail2Forum to the rescue...I can convert each forum to a mailing list
and link that together with Synchronet just fine (I think, haven't tried it
yet).
