XHTML and CSS do simplify things from say HTML4, or 3.2 specs.. but that is just my opinion on it.. it's a few rendering issues in the biggest browser (gag) IE that is a big part of the stagnation of newer standards... Hopefully MS updates their browser (not likely) before ASP.Net 2.0 is final, since it uses xhtml as a default now. -- Michael J.
