You'd pretty much have to setup your own bbs to be able to do that, the most 
you can do in tbird currently is have a filter to label the message.. IIRC 
tbird is to be extended for better spam options for nntp etc.. since it's been 
on the todo since .7 iirc, don't think it'll be here for a while.
