No, you need a C/C++ compiler for your platform.  As I only know a (small)
amount of programming using Linux, that is all I can help with.  You would need
to speak the DM or Deuce for compiling on Win32 or another *nix flavour.  (Or
check out the docs at http://www.synchro.net/docs for pointers.)
