Not sure. I downloaded my copy a looong time ago so i'd guess yours is newer.
I was pissed when not only would it NOT run on Windows, but the author 
INSISTED it could and blew me off <shrug>.

It insisted on a /linux/http/root/path/ when Windows wants a C:\PATH\.

I personally think with Synchweb tho, PHPbb would be re-inventing the wheel. 
If your gonna go through all that, why not just modd Synchweb to look more 
like PHPbb? It's just html. It can be done.
