I am almost ready to launch a site called legalmusicsearch.com in light of 
the RIAA being assholes and such. I have my own engines plus a ton of 
external portals available.

One of my own engines, is called "Synchronet FTP's" .. i of course like to 
throw BBS Awareness into everything I do whenever possible.

If any of you have any legal music file areas (MP3, OGG, MOD, XM, IT, S3M, 
you get the idea) please email me with a username and password (i.e - 
music:music) and the DIRECT ftp link to the conference(s). Example:

ftp://music:music@yourbbs.com/whatever

Please indicate port number if your not using the default port.

I'd also reccomend setting that account to its own access level so that users 
can *VIEW* all of the music just fine, but MUST be registered as a user in 
order to download :-)

Of course this is just a suggestion. However if you want users as opposed to 
just leeches, i'd reccomend it :-)

Also -- i havent advertised this much or told too many people about it, but 
so far according to the stats 
(http://extremetracking.com/open;sum?login=legalmus) i'm getting aproximately 
one unique visitor every 8 mins or so.

If this thing is going to get mad hits, then BBS Awareness is DEFINATELY 
mandatory on a site like this. Especially if the site happens to be run by a 
Sysop, such as myself :-)
