They're Synchronet Baja module (exec/telgate.bin and mudgate.bin) used to
create a "gateway" from your BBS to another BBS or MUD Telnet server. If you
look at the "Other BBSes" external program section on most Synchronet BBSes,
you'll find several telnet gateways there.
