Yeap... got this little knob that adjusts the volume...  quick keys for
searches <google> 
email, etc...  Some keys to skip tracks in WinAmp or XMMS, without having to
grab the 
mouse, change screens, get the volume control, or clicking on next... just hit
the 
button.  :)

I have some old keyboards in the closet that don't have all the fancy keys,
but, since I 
have them... might as well use 'em!  :)
