Ok cool, Just found out from a google search that it has something to do with
the QWK layout of "QSO" a door for TBBS.. I must have a couple TBBS nodes or
something.. (news to me)..

To upload a file that is attached to a message, the file ATTXREF.DAT
must be created.  The file is a plain text file with one line corre-
sponding to each message in the reply file.  Blank lines must be in-
cluded for those messages that do not have files attached to them.  A
non-blank line has the following format to indicate a file is attached
to that message:
