I personally don't see a problem with any of it.  Having a web
interface, along with the telnet, FTP, Gopher, etc... Being able to
serve anyone with any interface... Covers any possiblity... disabling
the web portion or any others limits the board to only those areas... I
don't see the reasoning behind it myself.  We want users.  Any users...
Any interface.  :p

But to each their own... if you don't want to enable it, thats your
choice... :)
