I'm sure he'd most likely be happy to assist you if you want to make that the protocol. Rob said there *IS* support for it in Synchronet already. So we got one half, may as well throw in the other! :-) From what I understand, NTP uses a whole other port all together. Should be ALOT less work and NOT require a fossil. I've heard it's more stable and faster than FTP or Zmodem. Last I checked downloads rocked and uploads were problematic. However, he may have fixed that. I haven't been following it closely. -- .---------------------------------------------------------------. | [TiME WaRRiOR] aka [Dave Kelso] AIM: Twar782 | +o Malkavia BBS | | www : synchsupport.net - malkaviabbs.com - xpresit.net | | www$: josephsjewelersonline.com - preferedinsurance.com | | @: time.warrior@malkaviabbs. com | \______________________________________________________________/ --- Synchronet 3.12a-Win32 NewsLink 1.76 * Malkavia - Chicago, IL - telnet://malkaviabbs.com --- Synchronet 3.12b-Win32 NewsLink 1.83 .
