Some of the best beer I had was last December. I was in China and most cities
have their own local brews. Some was sweeet, some was a bit bitter and all of
it demonstrated why American beers need to be poured back into the horses they
came from. :)

Now someone may be wondering why I was in China. Well I had this craving for
Peking Duck and if you want truly authentic Peking Duck, you have to go to
Peking. (Beijing) <smile>
