What's so hard? You take them out of the box, connect the batteries then plug 
them into the wall to charge. Once that's done you schedule downtime for the
server then plug it into the ups and the ups into the wall. If the server has
duel power supplies you plug one into the ups and the other into the wall
socket. It isn't rocket science.

Hey, if your reasonablly close I can take a vacation and hook them up for
those guys...for a significant consulting fee of course. :)

We are in the process of networking all of our ups's and tying them into a
central system for reporting.
