The menu sets (also known as command shells) are programmed, you can look at 
the source for the baja shells in the exec/*.src files.. you can also get the 
s3 shell for a base javascript shell from my website.. it uses a small baja 
stub to load the javascript file...

In the synchronet docs, look under the sections for BAJA, or look into the 
JavaScript docs, and the Object Model for Synchronet.
