You need to make a BBS Account on Vert or another BBS that carries Dove.
Once done, SCFG -> Networks -> QWK -> Hubs

I personally shut down and Archive. For restores I instal Synch then over 
write with my backup.

For upgrades always have your current config backed up JUST IN CASE :-)
