Good day all, I've got a few questions and hopefully they won't show
me up to be a common user. ;)

Anyway, First telnet programs. I prefer to use SecureCRT, Version
4.0.6 (build 430)  and I have run into a couple of small snags. First
when I try using chat it only shows one letter at a time. I know there
is a setting in there somewhere I am missing.

Second question, In order to get new postings from DOVE, do I need to
have FTP running? The reason I ask is this is a test system and I
don't like to have FTP running when I don't need to. normally I have
it blocked at my firewall. I have turned off anonymous logins of
course.

Third question, where do I find the html pages for editing the default
web site? I'm running on Windows 2000.

Fourth question, backups and restores. Do I have to shut the server
down to back it up, and if I restore it, (such as rebuilding a system
or moving to a new system), is there anything special I need to do or
will just restoring everything and possibly reinstalling the server
application be all I need to do?
