I pronounce it

	PAR-	as in PARty
	AM-	as in I AM because I think I AM
	IT-	as in bIT
	ER	EARly one morning.

As for how you SPELL it, well I'm a natural born, English-speaking man, so 
I don't *expect* the spelling to make sense!
