I would be very surprised if it is NOT the same.  It came from the
same archive <G>.  I just checed to be sure.  It is indeed the same
version number.

I'll get back at you after I try it.  I have company at the moment, so
very little time to spend on the hobby at the moment.  I did manage to
try it in version 3.10b though in a telnet node.  works fine there.
