And for displaying text there was also compression on most modem's. and getting
back to the point of putting in terminal emulation and slowing down the speeds
of a telnet client to that of 28800, 38400 etc.. is just retarded and very
much a waste of time for any coder to bother with, any emulation should always
be done on the server side, and then again only on long ansi's would be
limiting the connection be acceptable for some users.. no one wants a slow asss
connection these days and slow ass display.. you guys remember how anoying 2400
was and 300 baud.. i'd never want to go back to that crap..
