I guess the next question would be are there any spaces or long filenames in your configured temp directory or QWK-ID? There should be something in sbbs v2 that logs or displays the actual, full command-line being executed (e.g. "c:\sbbs\exec\pkunzip -o c:\sbbs\node1\temp\qwkid.rep c:\sbbs\node1\temp *.*").
