Tip: Run the ircd from jsexec rather than from Synchronet, and Synchronet will
stay up forever. docs/ircd.txt has details on how to do that. There's a known
bug in the ircd which can cause stack faults on any OS under the right
circumstances. There's a work-around in place in v3.12b, but I still recommend
running the ircd in a separate program (jsexec).
