Well, you realize now that they're not the same, right?
"C:/SBBS/NODE1/TEMP.ZIP" is *not* the same as "C:/sbbs/node1/temp/.zip" 
(hint: count the number of slashes).

Looks like a command-line problem (missing the filename).
