During the afternoon it hugged the line about as tightly as possible. In the end, it was up just enough to notice, and volume was only +4% above average. Note in the mini-charts below that the Oscillator has been flirting with dropping into negative territory. That is often a leading indicator. Just stay conservative with your investing strategy.
