Subj : Market Action To : All From : Paul Rogers Date : Fri May 28 2004 06:38 pm

According to today's economic reports, consumers are still spending, but
they're enjoying it less.

As far as today's market action, apparently the Street is looking to get
out of town. The market hardly budged all day, and volume was -22%
below average. However, that's somewhat unusual. You should be
prepared for such low volume days to cause price volatility if there is
a slight imbalance of orders on either side. Maybe that can be used to
advantage if you're well prepared and lucky. Overall, things are still
on the negative side.

Timing Signals: I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch. If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!! It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)

Last Signal: BUY Date: 05/25/04 S&P: 1113
