The market kept its head above water today, largely a result of the OTC.
But volume fell to just +1% above average.

Don't get your hopes up, it's a barely visible blip on my charts.

Timing Signals:  I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch.  If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
